After your descent, a torch-lit expanse opens before you. At the far end, a carved stone idol stands over you, chiseled out of the rock walls of the cave. Without anything to compare it to, it's a moment before you realise its true scale. It stands at least 50 meters tall.
The path that leads towards it branches, each side ending at one of the idol's enormous stone hands. The junction lies before the belly of the statue. What appears to be its steel entrails at first glance reveal themselves to be some sort of contraption.
